To the members of the KPFA Staff and to KPFA Listeners

We, as members of The Take Back KPFA Coordinating Committee, wish to express our wholehearted support of
the KPFA staff in its demand for the reinstatement of General Manager Nicole Sawaya. and our solidarity with
the staff in its fight to maintain the integrity of KPFA's tradition of free-speech radio in the face of the Pacifica
Foundation's effort to destroy that tradition.  We particularly salute those members of the staff, both
paid and unpaid, who have put themselves on the front line of this struggle by defying Pacifica's notorious gag
rule.
