The purpose of this index is make it easier for Pacifica listeners, subscribers, Local Advisory Board members, and other Pacifica National Board members to evaluate Board Member John Murdock's proposed Pacifica Foundation By-laws. Though his proposed by-laws represent a major expansion and complete reorganization of the current by-laws, Murdock has provided no such index as an aid to Board Members or the public -- only a rather incomplete list of what he terms "salient differences between the current by-laws and the draft." This tool empowers you to decide for yourselves which differences are significant. 
Urgent Call to Action: John Murdock has stated that he will only acknowledge public feedback on the proposed by-laws that he receives via another National Board member. Therefore, once you have evaluated the proposed by-laws for yourself, please send your feedback to one of the six board members listed below. Your suggestions and comments should be worded for Murdock himself, since the board member will simply pass your statements along as is. Unless the present deadline is extended, comments must be received by February 8th.
