here's the latest tactic the fcc is using to harrass us... 2 weeks ago
we received 2 certified letters
from the fcc one at our po bx one at the residence we transmit from.
nothing too out of the ordinary, but we declined to accept them.
then
they tried to have the letters resent again we declined to accept them.
so then yesterday we received a letter from pacific bell's legal
department informing us that the fcc has subpoenaed our telephone records
in the station as well as the leaseholder of the property we transmit
from. we have been sekking legal help on this and are now considering
whether or not to accept the 2 certified letters they attekmpted to
send.
this subpoena is unprecedented as far as i can tell and we're not sure
how
to stop the phone co. from turning over those records... any thoughts
or

speech silence us, this kind of repression only makes our will stronger.
