Hi all,
We received by certified mail today from the FCC, a letter threatening
us
with a $100,000 fine and/or 1 year in prison if we remain on the air.
We
have been given ten days from the date on the letter--March 5--to respond.
I have a meeting scheduled with my lawyer in the morning, and
a staff
meeting this Saturday with all station programmers. The station
remains
on the air tonight. We will keep you posted as to any new developments.
