Subject: support for Radio KOOP

This is a message of support & solidarity with the programmers of KOOP Radio re: the freedom to air a disclaimer before the Pacifica National News. As a volunteer producer and periodic staff person at KPFK Pacifica Radio Los Angeles, I can attest to the regressive/corporate/fascist attitude & behavior of the current managerial team here in L.A..

Re: the pulling of PNN from KOOP's airwaves, do what your consciences tell you. If you do decide to keep PNN on your airwaves, please consider contributing stories in the name of diversity/improved quality/content of  the cast.

I appreciate all the support received from KOOP Radio, specifically from Mr. Eduardo Vera. 'Radio Chicano/a' (the ONLY non-commercial/alternative media outlet specifically addressing Mexicano/Chicano/Indigenous issues in Southern California) continues it's struggle to return to it's one-hour format, having been cut to 30 minutes early this year.
